To measure your wrist size at home, wrap a piece of string or ribbon around your wrist where you’d normally wear a watch or bracelet (usually just below the wrist bone). Mark the point where it overlaps, then lay it flat and measure the length with a ruler. For accuracy, measure twice and ideally do it at the end of the day.
